What is Biohacking Chart Explained

Bio-Hacking is “do it yourself” scientific approach of experiments on the body, including the food we eat, the music we listen, the lifestyle we follow. It involves monitoring what happens in the body and creating takeaways of “what is working” and “what is not working”. Dobiohacking (DBH) is an organisation creating awareness on DIY ways for self improvements. It is focused on finer ways & guides to biohack mind, sleep, metabolism and body. DBH is founded by Honey Singh while he started exploring Biohacking Secrets as experiments.

Short Story: How I Started to do biohacking?

Before I kick start with defining Biohacking, let me tell you that I had been toying with the concept of “BioHacking” for a while. But, in 2018, after a deep and engrossing discussion with a friend, I began exploring the term in detail. I was professionally consulting him on PR, communication, reputation, digital & many other things. One day he asked me to join for travel to Jamshedpur for work. While I spent some time during his movie shoot in Jamshedpur, I also document a lot our brainstorming discussions. We had numerous discussions surrounding various theories from biology, engineering, and scientific principles (like Bakers transformation, Vortex math, Alpa Camasca). Interestingly, I started testing a lot of things including diet, schedule & Music therapies. Boy.. this triggered the spark.

As I absorbed more knowledge and read on the various theories surrounding biohacking & meditation, I was determined to experiment with those life-changing principles for self-improvement. I documented many discussions & I also did a few experiments like exploring Ayurveda, to finish one book a day on Blinkist/mentor box & many more.

Well, when I first heard the term biohacking, I was intrigued by the concept and began reading up on it. I realized that biohacking, although it is a blend of hit and trial experiments around my lifestyle, it involved plenty of tweaks to suit my body. Over a period of time, it impacted how I exercised, what I consumed, the manner I slept, my daily movement, and even the music I listened to.

Soon, my days were filled with constructive movements and activities that were otherwise spent doing nothing or mundane events without much relevance.

Incidentally, at around the same time, I started consulting one of the world’s largest wearable technology brand Huami Amazfit and tasked to launch it in India. I have to plan for the comprehensive marketing and communication strategy around it. In doing so, I began to test and review all the wearable products. I started running more, mapping sleeping data, testing out bugs & started behaving like fitness consumer to under their mindset.
