Let’s start with the basics
1. Hot and Cold Biohacking
(My proven and unique technique)
This is my personal experience and a proven biohacking technique that cannot really improve your quality-of-life, longevity, but also overall well-being. I have unusually named it as Hot & Cold Biohack due to the reasons listed here. To know more, go through my detailed explanations and how to do it method here.
- The hot shower component helps to expose the body with intense heat (via controlled sauna & steam)
- While the cold shower can help in stimulating your immune system and strengthening your capillaries can be done via a cold shower and cold swimming.
2. Put the right foods in your mouth
Plenty of vegetables, grass-fed fats, pastured eggs, a moderate amount of fruits and starches, etc., are typically the keys to good health. Almost every common disease has a connection to sugar. And while it is regarded as more addictive than morphine, it’s negative impact create inflammations and a wide range of disorders. The most prominent biohack you can take today is to remove sugar from your diet altogether.
3. Hack your morning to good health
You may not like the taste, and definitely, not the smell, but having daily shots of raw apple cider vinegar with warm water, the first thing you wake up in the morning and the last thing you have before sleeping is actually the secret recipe for good health.
4. Biohack your drinks
Mix 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water. This concoction is a powerful antioxidant and digestive that can work wonders for your health. At the beginning, the taste may overwhelm you, but you could try adding half a teaspoon of freshly ground cinnamon powder to the mixture to make the drink more palatable and tasty.

5. Remove wheat, add veggies
Did you know that giving up wheat products can help you lose weight have improved health, and give you more energy? It also increases blood sugar levels and causes digestion problems. Removing wheat from your diet can help you have better focus, more profound quality of sleep, improved bowel health, enhanced energy and much more. To begin with, remove all kinds of processed and white wheat products. This includes white bread, pasta, cereals, pretzels, doughnuts, and other such foods. Include more:
- Fresh and green vegetables
- Healthy dried seeds and nuts
- Extra virgin olive oil, avocado, coconut, and cocoa butter
- Ground flaxseed
6. Stand up Right and move as much as you can
Sitting for long periods is nothing short of disastrous. Over the period, it can result in chronic pain and even make you prone to injuries. Move about as much as possible; reset your standing and sitting posture every hour; work on your abs and watch your energies start to rise.
7. Out with sugar, in with clean eating
And if you thought wheat was terrible, we have not even started on sugar! Sugar is not only bad for health, but experts and scientists today call sugar a horrible drug addiction and a poison. Unfortunately, no matter how much you try to minimize your sugar intake, you need to be careful and read the labels on the ingredients of food as sugar is basically founded in almost every processed food. Eating sugar causes ill health and increases fat levels. And more so, they are packed with empty calories.
Start by avoiding sugar for a week to understand and get a feeling of how much sugar there is in all food items. Since it has no nutritional value, the empty calories only spike your blood sugar and cause devastating effects on your health. From tooth cavities, type II diabetes, morbid obesity, different types of cancers, heart disorders, non-alcoholic liver diseases, acne and decreased energy levels, the list of sugar in one’s diet can go on and on.

9. Controlled Seafood
Seafood is a beloved delicacy in all parts of the world. From saltwater fish, freshwater seafood and shellfish, these protein-rich foods are high in omega-3 fatty acids and offer the right amount of protein, vitamins, and minerals. In addition to providing essential nutrients, seafood is also helpful in promoting heart health and is excellent for your joints. It is an excellent booster of healthy skin, and regular consumption can help in maintaining eyesight and improving brainpower.
Some studies have shown that seafood is also useful in fighting against depression due to the omega-3 fatty acids in it. With so many choices at your hand, include different healthy ways of preparing seafood to obtain all its benefits for your health.
